Headphones work, speaker doesn't

I plugged in headphones to the dato duo and all was well. However when unplugging the device the speaker didn’t come back on. Tried turning on/of, unplugging etc. Nothing helped. Headphones still work, but speakers are permanently disabled.

Is there a reset button or something to try?

Fwiw, I’ve seen the same problem mentioned on the FB group, but no replies.

Unfortunately there isn’t a reset button. This sounds like a defective line-out port. Could you send a mail to support@dato.mu and include your serial number? It’s the four digit code under the unit. We’ll get back to you from there!
