How could I connect my USB midi keyboard (M-AUDIO mini 32) to the Dato Duo, taking in account that the USB midi adapters are male and the USB cable of this keyboard has a male connector too?

USB MIDI isn’t as simple as normal MIDI, unfortunately. To connect a USB MIDI controller to a MIDI instrument, you’ll need a USB host, not too much trouble more it’s more than zero extra effort and expense.
